FIT IN 6 Intermediate Programme
The Intermediate Programme was designed specifically as a progressive update to the FIT IN 6 Beginner Programme.
“Course 1” starts with a 6 week series of challenging all over body workouts providing the perfect platform to significantly benefit from regular and effective training.
“Course 2”, the Intermediate Maintenance Programme, keeps you motivated and energised but also keeps your time discipline and consistency in benefitting from your improved training levels. 3 different challenging 20 minutes workouts across 6 weeks provide the perfect platform for further progression.
“Course 3”, the Intermediate to Advanced Progressive Programme. Utilising exercises from the first two intermediate programmes whilst incorporating new and even more highly effective exercises, the 6 week time managed unique interval training programme will create the significant and longstanding higher fitness level your training efforts deserve.
