The Beginner Programme was designed especially as a complete start up programme for your fitness journey.

"Course 1", a 6 week series of different all over body workouts starting from only 10 minutes 3 x per week. It provides the perfect introduction to fitness and to understanding what your body is capable of with highly effective and easy to follow exercises and instructions.

"Course 2", the Beginners Maintenance Programme is designed to keep you motivated, energised and focused, offering three different challenging 20 minute workouts across 6 weeks to sustain all your health and fitness benefits from the initial programme. This will provide the perfect fitness platform for the Beginner to Intermediate Progressive Programme.

"Course 3" will further enhance and develop your health and fitness levels from the first two programmes using our unique interval training. Across the 6 week programme you’ll be introduced to a new way of training with some new and improved exercises allowing you to significantly improve your fitness understanding and capability of your body.
