The Full Programme is the complete all body fitness journey from start to finish.
Starting from only 10minutes 3 x per week, train your way through each of the 6 week highly effective and easy to follow exercise and instruction courses.
You will be introduced to a new way of training with challenging all over body workouts to significantly benefit from regular and effective training.
The courses have been designed to keep you motivated, energised and focused throughout, and complimented by our unique interval training programs, you will be provided with the perfect fitness platform for those all important significant and longstanding higher fitness levels you’ve always wanted and your training efforts deserve.
